LPT was established by Sandy Bushby (Ellvers-Dix) 45 years ago following her work with Professor John Adair in the delivery of Action Centred Leadership Training for The Industrial Society. John Adair and Michael Bailey developed a tool for measuring leadership traits based on a theory pioneered by John entitled Action Centred Leadership. The model of leadership using the Task, Team and Individual provides a framework to analyse and ultimately improve the leadership skills of people managers. Following the successful introduction of this tool she developed a range of products to assist in the improvement of interpersonal skills including time management, motivation and assertiveness.
Clients include commercial and public sector organisations and individual training providers.
