Motivation Profile

Organisations have spent millions of £'s/$'s trying to work out what motivates people at work. One simple solution is to find out the needs of the individual. The Personal Motivation Profile uses the well respected research of the behaviourial scientist Abraham Maslow. It assesses the level of need at which an individual can be motivated. This profile can be used during the motivation session of a management, leadership or supervisory course.
