Established in 1980 by Sandy Ellvers-Dix and Lee Bushby, LPT Productions produces and distributes training materials for use on leadership and personal development courses.

We supply the Personal Leadership Profile developed by Professor John Adair and Michael Bailey for use on Action Centred Leadership courses.

Our customers include major corporations, universities, business schools, local and central Government departments and independent training consultants.
